Fine Depth Filter Sheets (we refer it as FDFS).It is made of fine and pure plants¡¯ fibers and other filter aids such as diatomaceous earth and perlite (food grade). It is also applied in the plate-and-frame fine filtering press. (it is an indispensable affiliated accessory to the plate-and-frame fine filtering press). All the materials and filter aids to make the product, its production management and quality control are up to food grade. It is specially used for the final filtration of beer, gelatin and oral health-care dietetic liquid products (= oral liquid products for health care£©etc.
Our latest designed product has its special inner adsorptive filtration structures of three-dimensional-***ce, and one such square meter FDFS can form thousands of square meters of inner filtration ***ce. It has 3 functions --- better sieving, huge depth ***ce and electrostatic adsorptivity. Therefore, when fluid passes through such FDFS that has a millipore volume as high as 75%, all the tiny solids and microbes can be retained or blocked under the adsorption of the PDFS¡¯ positive electric charges. So, it has an ideal capacity to retain and hold up the precipitate /residues because of its lower resistance£¬stronger filtration, better adsorption. What is more, it has longer durability.
The main specifications are: thickness >3.6-4.0mm; pore diameter 5-30µm; density / co***ctness 0.34-0.38g/cm³. Other specifications such as porosity rate, air blast resistance, wet burst strength, water passage speed, moisture, ashes etc are in conformity with quality standards.
